The Job Opportunity
The purpose of this position is to provide effective inventory and distribution management and services in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Key accountabilities
- Oversee material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage location.
- Check material received quantities and specification against order.
- Maintain stock level of materials to ensure continuous availability on all Services.
- Maintain records in Concept system as per Projects procedure.
- Issue or distribute materials, products, parts to Estates team as required.
- Conduct regular inventory inspections.
- Carry out all requests from the site management as required

- Well organized and focused on customer service and service delivery
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
- Strong organisational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Specific requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including long periods of standing, walking throughout large scale site and work in warehouse environment.
- Required to maintain inventory/electronic tracking/knowledge of computers;
- Basic Microsoft Office/Internet Outlook.
- Experience in FSI Concept
